Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetic and skincare products.

  • The item is in resalable condition

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.

  • Texture expectations
